The HBSA, in addition to monthly meetings in London, and a shooting programme at Bisley, endeavours to provide for members outside of the Southeast – in addition, of course, to the regular publications that members receive, and attendance at shows around the Country with our regular “stand”.

Chapel Bay Fort

There is an established Welsh Branch based at Chapel Bay Fort and Museum, Angle, Pembrokeshire.

They hold local meetings and shoots, keeping members updated through “Report”.

There is a Northern Group in the NE of England. They also hold regular meetings on a monthly basis at the Royal Armouries, Leeds, and shoots. They also run the annual St Georges shoot as a fundraiser for a number of military charities and run a large display at the Chatsworth show in August.

A Display at the Royal Armories Musuem" Midlands Group Visit 2023

2023 saw the creation of the Midlands Group which holds meetings and a series of Rook & Rabbit shoots throughout the year. Held at Stourport on Severn Pistol & Rifle Club (gratefully supported by the Clubs Committee and members).

Regular meetings include lectures/presentations on a variety of topics plus 4 shoots per annum culminating in a Christmas Charity event, future dates can be found on the HBSA calendar.

Wessex Group Lee-Enfield seminar

There is an informal Wessex Irregulars group in West Hampshire which holds local meetings at venues across Hampshire and Dorset on a bi-monthly basis
