Bisley safety issues

Members that shoot at Bisley are advised to familiarise themselves with the 2016 NRA Handbook (the Bisley Bible) which has just been published.

The attached notes from the recent NRA Bulletin specifically draw your attention to:
  1. Every shooter's individual responsibilities;
  2. Bisley emergency ceasefire procedure;
  3. The rule about placing a rifle on the firing point.
