900 & 1000 Yards Classes for
This match is run by a very small group of volunteers as are all the events organized by the HBSA. This year is once more proving to be a challenge with problems booking targets and markers. Currently we have booked the services of our usual experienced Marker Team. Paul Smith will once again be the Match organizer and the entry form includes the contact details. This event is intended to encourage the use of Vintage, Classic, Veteran and Post Veteran first generation 7.62mm Service and Target rifles under competitive conditions but mainly to have an enjoyable day shooting alongside other like minded individuals. If you have not previously attended this meeting come and have a go, we are always ready to assist and encourage new comers. If you own a suitable rifle come and have a go, you never know you may well show us all how it should be done. There are classes for just about every type of Historic Rifle. Online entry on the HBSA Website or from Paul Smith E-Mail: midlands@hbsa-uk.org Additional assistance is required throughout the year. Any one prepared to offer their services and assist in running practice days should contact Mike Townsend who is coordinating all the range bookings etc. E-Mail: rifle.practice@hbsa-uk.org Please refer to the HBSA website for the most up to date information regarding range bookings etc. |
