The Long-Range Championship Meeting will be held at Bisley on Century ranges on Sunday 21st August, with a practice day on Saturday 20th (subject to an RO being available)

This match is run by a very small group of volunteers as are all the events organized by the HBSA.

This year is once more proving to be a challenge with problems booking targets and markers. Currently we have booked the services of our usual experienced Marker Team.

Paul Smith will once again be the Match organizer and the entry form includes the contact details.

This event is intended to encourage the use of Vintage, Classic, Veteran and Post Veteran first generation 7.62mm Service and Target rifles under competitive conditions but mainly to have an enjoyable day shooting alongside other like minded individuals.

If you have not previously attended this meeting come and have a go, we are always ready to assist and encourage new comers.

If you own a suitable rifle come and have a go, you never know you may well show us all how it should be done.

There are classes for just about every type of Historic Rifle.
