The Long-Range Championship Meeting will be held at Bisley on Stickledown range at 900 and 1000 yards on Sunday 20th August, with a practice day on Saturday 19th .

We have booked the services of our usual experienced marker team and Mike Townsend is the match organizer, point of contact and RCO for both match and practice days.

This event is intended to encourage the use of Vintage, Classic, Veteran and Post Veteran first generation 7.62mm Service and Target rifles under competitive conditions, but mainly to have an enjoyable day shooting alongside other like minded individuals.

If you have not previously attended this meeting come and have a go, we are always ready to assist and encourage new comers.

Entry to the Competition is strictly 'Online' and details can be found on the HBSA website under 'Competitions – Open Long Range Championship'. Don't delay as places are limited !

When booking, I do not need the name of the Match(es) you are entering, just RH or LH shooter ? and BP or Nitro ?

Booking for the Saturday practice day is not necessary, but informing the RCO by email or phone of your intention to attend would be helpful. (See below).

Any one who is prepared to offer their services and assist in running the practice day and competition should contact Mike Townsend.
