HBSA publishes WW1 Commemorative film

posted 21 May 2019, 07:22 by Tony Cattermole   [ updated 21 May 2019, 07:24 ]
Between 2014 and 2018 the HBSA set out to collect together and demonstration fire as many of the smallarms used in WW1 as we could arrange. These demonstrations were recorded, and have now been edited into our WW1 Commemorative film. This film can now be viewed on YouTube>>>>

To support this film, the HBSA has compiled on our website a comprehensive Index to the film, with identification and detailed data about each of the 70 individual smallarms demonstrated here >>>>

We are very grateful to the numerous members and supporters who loaned and shot their prized historic firearms, to Maurice Kanareck and his colleagues for filming and editing, to the numerous members who helped to compile the data in the Index, to the NRA for all of their help in facilitating these shoots, and to the Home Office and Surrey Police for guidance with legalities.
