5 x rds Single Snaps & 5x rds Rapid at 100 yards - Match Results here>>>

A good field of 19 entrants for this popular competition, which used to be the 'Siege of Ladysmith', 'Old Bill' and 'Two Types' and shot separately, enjoyed a busy morning on Short Siberia range at 100 yards, in bright but sometimes showery conditions. The Fig 11 'turning' targets, modified with a narrow, but elongated 'Bull' area, proved more than adequate as nobody managed a 'possible' score.

Our excellent markers, provided by Jim Stevens, worked tirelessly all morning. Many competitors paid to shoot extra details and hopefully, this competition will be repeated in 2017, either at 100 or 200 yards.

Our thanks go to Neil MacFarlane who RCOd all morning and all those who helped out on the Firing Point or Butts.
